Well.........slipped...left the house at 7 a.m, didn't drink my water...had a EDel Taco breakfast burrito...didn't eat lunch....didn't drink water...dinner was late..Wood Ranch...salad & steak...2 glasses of wine and chicken toritlla soup, So I can see how I gained....but..this is why I starrted a diet at holiday time...if not for being on the diet I would have had cookies at Ava's play and a pizza at Jills. So I'll call this day a success. =}
