I made it through my first 2 weeks!!!! I did the diet pretty much faithfully. I did have one day where I ate 2 peppermints. I'm not gonna beat myself up over it because that's still less than what I used to eat. My goal is to be 269 on Christmas Day. I don't care if it's 269.9, I'll take it!!!
277.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
