So Monday and Tuesday were very much off plan. Sushi, booze and millionaire's shortcake.

Wed-Fri (lunch) I didn't do 90 Day SSS Plan meals, but good healthy meals and not eating anything I shouldn't. Salmon salad etc.

Friday dinner was carb refuel but I don't think Dominoes pizza is what the Body Coach had in mind. Saturday I was working, then boozy bbq, Sunday recovering, so all in all it has been a topsy turvy week with more bad than good so not surprised at the gains.

Still don't have the willpower to start Cycle 2. Need to get back on this. After my Sunday roast!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
