Well, I've gained quite a bit of weight back after straying from my dieting ways. Now I'm back on the diet train and I'm ready to get down to 185lbs by February 9th. I guess that I can't afford to cheat ever... that's just the way it'll have to be if I want to lose weight and keep it off. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.
