I've been too stressed to stay on track. I have lost and I haven't stopped trying. I'.m re-starting my work out over today
218.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

One thing that seemed to work for me is that I took a week off, physicslly and mentally. I was stressing over too many things such dietting, not working, and finances. Sometimes stepping away helps.
