Still going down pleased I am now under 10.5 stone it must be 4/5 years since I was below this amount. Still following SW avoiding bread cakes biscuits sweets and chocolate and pudding. Eating lots of fruit and veg and fish and lean meat.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
