Last week's weight was taken after working hard in extreme heat, so likely was low on the water weight. I'm the same this week. I can tell that my body is changing in the positive, clothes are more loose and belly fat is disappearing, so the weight loss will show up soon.

I'm trying to weigh more consistently about a week apart, but I forget when I weighed, lol!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
