It was 4th of July and I slacked lol....I still lost weight though so I am not complaining. I started back at the gym, so the weight loss will be even more now...(current weight loss has been from eating habits only)

Time to keep on keeping on ;)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.1 lb a week
