It was 4th of July and I slacked lol....I still lost weight though so I am not complaining. I started back at the gym, so the weight loss will be even more now...(current weight loss has been from eating habits only)
Time to keep on keeping on ;)

Day 1 of my new journey. I have tried starting this before. I have stuck to it before....until I got to my first cheat day. I have learned a few tweaks that will hopefully let me not hate life lol. I know its going to be a struggle. Luckily I have my best friend in the whole entire world at my side. He pushes me even when I do not want to be pushed. He motivates me in more ways than he even knows. I will make him proud. Even though I am starting off slow this round, at least I am starting. The goal of competing is there, its always been there. I just wont lose track this time. I want to do a competition with him. It may take a year or so, but I will do one.
