Excellent. Setting manageable goals is the secret. There is no point in saying "my target is 12 stone" when you weigh 20 stone. Small manageable goals keep you focused. The next "Stone" is a good way to do it for want of any other targets. I had things like "the weight I was when I first met my wife" and "lowest weight this century". As long as it is achievable you will work towards it.

Great achievement. What Jocko says is definitely true - small steps / targets to help you along the way are definitely the way forward. Best of luck with your next goal.

Doing Great. Do you walk locally or go out for long walks?

I have only recently started going on walks. I have been travelling normally within a 12 mile radius of my home although on Tuesday I did travel 25 miles to do a walk. I have only been walking for health benefits.

Walking is my main exercise but I add in a wee bit of resistance training to help my bones and bingo wings. Start small and work up!
