Wendy Armitage's Journal, 04 July 2016

So I took today off from being healthy. I was celebrating my mother in laws birthday. So I had Hogs Breath for lunch, a packet and half of chips, 3 chocolate iced donuts and way too much soft drink.

But back on track tomorrow. I bought a muffin tin to make some mini quiches for breakfast. and just the other day I made some Almond Meal pancakes. They weren't half bad but the recipe does need some tweaking.

I still had my water and did my exercise today. So I am happy I did at least that today.
216.1 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
