i wasnt going to log my weight today, you know if you dont log i its not true. but my belt confirms its true.

so today i have started, no sweetener, no coffee... and going from there.

i have had a life time of eating what i want without it being a problem, its now catching up to me and my mind is battling to adjust.

148.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You are off to a great start Tanya49...those small changes add up...you don't have to remove things completely from your meal plan...you could maybe start by cutting down/reducing portions. LowCarbFemme and leksie are right that consistency is the key to success and you are not alone. You can do it!
