I am freshly starting this diet over, it is hard but I know that it works! I am in my 3rd day and my headaches have started to kick in, I have noticed that on this diet I get headaches after the first couple of days. I figure it as to do with the major calorie cut because when my body gets used to it the headaches go away. Well Im trying to diet for the 20 days and see how much weight I lose. Wish me luck and I ask for feedback in encouraging words Please. This diet is really hard without support and re-enforcement. Thanx again
