MY PERSONAL NOTE.DAY 1.I walked a flight of stairs 24 floors 5 times and almost 0 carb meals. coffee for breakfast, baked chicken livers and beef for Lunch and dinner. I drank four 1.5l bottles of water through out the day. i Took 2 gel tablet CLA. 1 multivitamin, 8 bcaa.and B12 NB. make a date with my stairs and keep my water intake up. TOMMOROW WEIGHT WISH 73.9KG.Fingers crossed

DAY 2 NOTE. I did zero exercise I had a busy day or clearly put Ihave zero excuse. My water intake was just above 2l my daily goal is 6l daily until 31.07.2016. My food was beef and spinach for lunch and myother meal at 5pm was 300g baked chicken liver. No suplements taken but a few cups of mint tea and cofee here and there. morning weight 74.5kg from previous 74.4kg thats 100g weight gain.Dont Worry even if a car is reversed and one point it will move foward.hahaha OBSERVATION.73.9KG Previous day wish was not attained. TODAYS GOAL..5x stairs walk and Drink 6l water ....This body FAT is not mine....Sweat Take it Away. LOL English is not my mother toungue.
