New month and a new era! My daughter 's wedding was last week with a glut of family about and way too much food! It was a beautiful event. I have not been monitoring my intake for about a week or so. Getting 'the feel' for a sustainable RDA. I probably reached my goal weight, 140 pounds in all the excitement. Ran on pure adrenalin, wine and cake for a few days there and not enough! Felt super svelt in my lilac mother-of-the-bride dress which was like a weight loss reveal for a lot of people, since my usual daily attire consists of paint-splattered gym shorts and an old flannel shirt.
