Back on track? Here's hoping this is a trend, and not an aberration!
217.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah man. Trends not aberrations. I like it when the scale goes in the right direction. It just has to do that more often than not.
