Same Boiled rice in Afternoon and lunch with vegetable occasional ride of cycle in evening and morning 3 roti and vegetable and evening snacks 1 packet 75 gm biscuit.Actually i think that consuming spirulina everyday night had led to increase in weight and it had remained constant since last month seems 75.1 is the equilibrium weight.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
