No loss today, a surprise, i ate very little yesterday and exercised. I think maybe i did not drink enough water and had higher sodium intake. see if i can do better today.
337.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
