Ha ha ha ha so jealous over here omg! ... people here have been drowning in sales pitches ..... come here to escape the commercials and crap posts like that. I genuinely care about the people here and I know damn well they can lose weight and be happy with diet, exercise and support and all they have to buy is their groceries! that's how I've lost 48 pounds and how phil has lost are 200.... I'm not going to let someone hound people I care about to see them crap they don't need!

by the way, snapdragonfly... 26? you can totally do this! once you pick a way of eating, you'll drop that no problem! !

Welcome to FS! 8hunter6 is right, 26 pounds to go is definitely doable! When I started, I had about 115 pounds to go but have since lost 41 pounds and still have about 74 more to go. One things that's helped me is consistency. Once I found something that worked, I stuck with it as best as I could. But don't worry if you fall off the bandwagon, it happens to all of us sometimes. Glad to have you in the community!

Thanks for all the nice support and welcomes! I deleted that sales pitch post. lol. Got to get my blood pressure down and I want to get back into my cute clothes...looking at the back side of fifty and I need to take care of myself so it's time to get serious.
