Only lost 1/2lb this week...first of 1000 calories.
I'm thinking I may have a weight loss pattern as I lost big the first weigh-in, nothing the second, big the third and just 1/2lb the fourth.
I also upped the resistance on the elliptical big time this week and worked out more.....and I'm thin king that might not be working for me. The 2000 a day calorie deficit may be pushing my body into starvation mode as I've been hungry the last couple of days. I think burning 400 cals a day on the elliptical is enough while on 1000 cals. Plus working out every day has pushed my RDI up.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
