I hit a mini goal and i am so proud of myself. I rewarded myself with a cheeseburger patty from mcdonalds and it actually didn't taste as good as i thought. My only problem is drinking enough water, i'm only consuming about 40 ounces..so i'm going to try hard this next week. Happy dieting to all :)
