Pretty happy with this week. Didn't hit the gym at all as was basically crippled by the Personal Training session on Saturday, but was careful about what I ate so that obviously paid off!
272.3 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
