My damage control and planning after going off the track at the start of this week has worked :)

Considering that my unofficial weight was over 108kg yesterday morning, I'm really happy with this drop although it shows as only 0.5kg loss from my official weight that was recorded the previous week.

I got to enjoy myself and still get my weight to drop :)

I can't believe that my tummy measured at 139.5cm a few years ago and today it measures at 116cm!!! Still work in progress but I'll drop my tummy in time :)

234.1 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Agree with u 100% LCFF :) It's all about paying attention to our bodies reaction to indulging and restrictions we impose on it.
