Well, sticking to the NC/cal limits with a brisk walk with the dog and yoga daily seems to be working. Next month will mark the 2 year mark where I was determined to be pre-diabetic at 237 pounds. So I started a low-calorie diet and lost about 8 pounds. So in November I started Atkins and have had nothing but luck with it. It's been a long road, but 98 pounds down, so I'm hoping to be down 100 pounds in the first couple weeks of July since that'll be the 2 year anniversary of my diet journey of my all-time high weight. I'm happy to be back in the 130's tho. I haven't been this weight in about 6 years. I'm thinking about changing my goal to my college weight, but I'm not sure because I am at a healthy BMI, which was my main goal when I started this diet journey. Well, we'll see if I can reach my goal by the end of July. Seems reasonable to lose 4 pounds in about 5 weeks. We'll see tho.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
