I went fishing this morning but I sprang my ankle really badly and don't know what to do.
294.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 165.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

First thing would be to get medical attention to make sure it's nothing more than a sprain (you could have a fracture and not know it). You can still lose weight without exercise (while you heal). Focus on your diet. You could get some light hand weights and do some upper body while your foot heals. Swimming might be an option too. Hopefully you heal quickly. Good luck!
