i should be more faithful with my postings...but...lol

so here is yesterdays:

b - 3/4 cut of uncle sams cerceal...(this is nasty stuff) and 12oz of skim milk with 1 tsp of choc nsa...

s - celery with peanut butter
l - left over steak with tomato adn bean mix
s - peach and cheese stix
d - parm crusted fish with coleslaw (husband had big bowl of veggies steamed)
s - fudgesicle

and lots of water...did not count how much
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

Glad to know it the Uncle Sam's is nasty. I started to buy it the other day. I won't now.
