I'm frustrated. It's progress - but not "enough."

I weighed myself mid-week and was down more than I am today, which really confuses me. Perhaps it's PMS - my weight always goes up right before my period.

I've marked myself as "poorly" following my diet as I didn't really track like I know I should have. I also started off the week on a bad foot by eating pasta, creme brulee, and Portillo's last weekend when I was out of town.

I'm not happy with the number, but I guess I have to be satisfied.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.9 lb a week

You don't have to be satisfied. You should be accepting of reality--and then use this week's dissatisfaction to fuel next week's efforts. Good luck!
