Managed to go to the gym twice.. but after the second time I must have overdid the bicept curl as I couldn't straighten my arms for 3 days!

Still managed to keep a calorie deficit so lost a good deal of weight this week!

Back to the gym the morning.. but taking it easy on the bicept curl!!
275.1 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
