Munch's Journal, 18 January 2010

I'm disappointed that my weight went up when I've been trying to be careful. It will take some time to get in the swing of this so I'm not grumbling. Today I will walk for at least 10 minutes and try for 20. I've learned through the years to start off slow and this time I'm going to try to make a lifestyle out of it. I've printed off a daily eating plan from e-diets and will have some sort of meal plan to follow. I'm going to look at what I've done to get to my goal instead of the results of what didn't happen. If the results keep going to the weight increase side, then I'll reevaluate the situation. Today I'm also going to go through the week and make a plan for a daily schedule on paper on how to find work along with the other things I have going on. It won't be easy as I've been laxadazacle on the situation. My job goal is to find something before my unemployment runs out in early March. God is my sufficiency and I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
