hey yay! Apparently my body finally finished working through the junk I ate and is now back on the losing train :) Plus I got a shout out at work from one of our customers. And a patron who watched a play I am in saw me around town and said how much he enjoyed the show.

It's a good day for a Thursday!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
