Back again! After loosing job 2 months ago, I have put on 20 lbs! Feeding depression is what I have been doing. None of my clothes fit. I feel like poop all the time! I remember how much more I appreciated food when on the diet 2 yrs ago this month. I kept weight off for 1 1/2 so it does work and resets your system. Here is to me! Doing the pre-week first. Gotta give up all the sugars and salts. I have been living on waffles, how healthy is that?
