Hmm using emergency scale, so reading might be off, but I'm signed hopefully it isn't . As the digital died a premature death, anyone have a recommendation brand or type of scale they like,( maybe that won't break the bank )?
182.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not sure, but I'd go to Target and check them out. I think it is just about sticking to one. Congrats on that loss!

LOL - I call all scales "Idiot Boxes"...I have two different ones, weigh on them both and then take averages at the end of two weeks! Crazy...they are seldom accurate so I go by inches and a tape measure, my clothes and bodyfat percentage.
