I have no idea what is going on...but I am very discouraged and depressed...I am menopausal which I can assume is maybe the cause of some of my body changes and not being able to lose...I go to the gym everyday if not every second day...I walk and I am very active...I do not eat badly but I am not dieting per say...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Menopause can create alot of havic on the system. Once your hormone levels straighten out and if you continue on the healthy eating and exercise, the weight should start coming down again. Good luck
