Still struggling and as you can see...no weight loss...started up a challenge at work...just to keep focused...still going to the gym, I switched it up and I now attend classes, such as body pump, body combat and body attack....stopped eating out...had blood work done (came back normal)....drink lots of water (always have)...eat normal portions of food...lots of veg's, and fruit. Really I feel I am doing everything right....I just don't see the results...plus I feel hungry all the time...it just sucks...
