OK...went to my Dr. today..his name is Dr Hashimoto.chiropractor. He started me on the veggie & protein program. no sugar...I started this evening with some turkey breast, from left overs and 2 full cooked cups of brocoli..I am now drinking some herb tea...I've had 3 glasses of waater today..need to increase that...and we took our walk..about 20 mins. kind of fast walking hope i feel like sticking to this tomorrow...I'm going to take OXY-POWDER to cleanse my colon tonite..4 pills..I also started some supplements from Dr. H nite!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Moesmom, I am curious as to why and how a chiropractor would be a weight coach...I suppose anyone can be a weight coach but I am curuious about your program under Dr Hashimoto...Also how in the world does and oxy-powder enema help anything....You've lost 200 lbs so I can't overlook your success...
