ayer empece de nuevo, rutina de Gym, en clases dirigidas con personal trainer. TRX a tope, me duele hasta el pelo! pero vamos a por los 50 kilos y en forma!!
120.4 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
