Well, last time there's a red figure in the weigh-in.... I'm going to reach goal weight before December! Determined to do this now.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 97.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The weight that you have lost this far and the slight gain that you have now is a mere pebble in the road, I’m sure that you will be able to get to your goal weight by December
