Been under a lot of stress lately. Been struggling with some old feelings about self-worth. Trying my hardest to just "be with it" and allow myself to feel without judgement or expectation of "how long."
238.1 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 50.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

Good insights...be sure to be fair to yourself and be sure to "take care of you" in the midst of all the other "caregiving" you do each day!!!! Keep on keeping on Buddy...you are doing well!!!!!!!

Thanks friend. Stopping to do for me always brings out feelings of guilt. It's a hard process, learning to unlearn the thinking habits that have left me feeling sick and exhausted.

It's hard no doubt. everytime (ok maybe not everytime but i try) I think a bad thing about myself I shake my head and force myself to say something good instead... even if I don't feel it right away. it's been helping to see myself in a more positive light
