Well need to get back at it, being busy and stressed is not a good enough excuse. Just weighed in and realised I have put on 10 lbs since last on here. I know as soon as I stop taking time to log things then I fall by the way side. if any one has any tactics to bully me into behaving send them this way ha ha
161.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
