Went to the gym and did the spin class! Lost more weight than I listed but I'm guessing its just water so I expect to my weights to normalize over the weekend but its a good start.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
