I ate quite a bit over calories yesterday as woke in middle of night and for my dog that was sick o take outside...it disrupted my whole rythm and energy level for the day
185.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
