Bad eating day yesterday.

On the run all day. Mostly junk to eat.
1 real meal but too late in the evening for something so calorie/fat/carb heavy.


Not to mention.......


IT'S MONDAY!!!





218.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 8.4 lb a week
