Yesterday, I was busy on the move, attended a meeting, then concert later. Ate too well but thankfully the weight went down. So tomorrow might be a challenge.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
