Two weeks in Europe - no snacking, but weird food. I should be thankful it's up less than a pound. Now can I *lose* (or at least hold the line) over Thanksgiving?
201.4 lb Lost so far: 59.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
