Better 10 days late than 10 weeks ... or 10 months ... or 10 years. You should be proud of yourself 👍 Good luck with the next goal

hahaha, that is a great point Phooka, thanks for your supportive comment! I was all over the moon today. When I started to watch my calories sometime in March (not on FS yet) my weight was somewhere around 78 or 80, I don't know exactly, because I didn't really dare to weigh myself, LOL. It just seemed impossible that the scale would ever show anything below 75 kg. And here we go now! I very much appreciate the supportive atmosphere here in the FS community, it gives me a lot of strength. Good luck with your goal too Phooka, you also reached the mystical threshold of 75! :-)

You got to your goal and it was in the same month you wanted to reach your goal. A 10 day difference doesn't matter hon. I say "Bravo!" Now you can start getting those cute outfits out of the closet that you will like to start wearing again.

Thank you Engeland! I am not exactly there yet to wear my old clothes, but I am slowly getting closer. :-) Yes, every kg dropped is a big celebration to me. I don't mind if it is a bit slower process, I accept that there are other things going on in life too, and sometimes I just can't focus on my diet all the time.

One thing I used to do when I wanted to get back into a specific dress, pants or top was put it in plain view so that I would see it every day and use it as my motivation. In my opinion, slower is better for your system to adjust. Too fast isn't healthy.....it's jolting your body. Of course you can't just focus on your diet all the time, but it definitely needs to be a priority........you are a priority.

Thank you everyone for your support! It means a lot for me! Thanks Engeland for your kind comment! Yes, that is exactly what I am doing: I have two old dresses and a skirt displayed on my room's wall. I even wrote a post about it a bit earlier, and I am so much looking forward to reading other emotional motivations that FS family members do :-) I also think that slow process is better - at least for me that seems to be more lasting and healthier.
