I tried to not eat as much yesterday...and was at about 1400 when at 9:30pm I couldn't stand it anymore and madeca steak..fried in its own juices and wrapped every morsal in lettuce with a bit of red hot chili paste...still I wasn't over the 1900 calories FS recommended me, but over what I now consider my new "norm" to lise weight kindly calculated for me by Draglist of 1350 a day...in any case, having that eye opener has made me more able to stay within FS generous recommendation! ha ha
185.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
