This week was one of the most stressful weeks I've had in a while. So, overall I'm not too disappointed with my weight. I'm not giving up. I am going to determine to do better this week. We started a weight loss
challenge at work today. I think that will help as well.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 January 2010:
1281 kcal Fat: 41.49g | Prot: 37.82g | Carb: 196.80g.   Breakfast: water, dannon light & fit peach yogurt. Lunch: water, apple, lean cuisine cheese ravioli. Dinner: water, Fat Free Mayonnaise, ham, 45 Calories and Delightful Wheat Bread, Taters (Tater Tots). Snacks/Other: 100 Calorie Butter Mini Popcorn Bags, tootsie roll pop, hershey kisses caramel. more...
