Well, I'm down 1/2 pound. Not great but at least I'm not gaining. I'm going to try to get serious this week. A big thanks to my TOPS chapter who has been very encouraging. :)

Well, I had a pretty good week last week. I know I didn't do as good as I could have. I was on program about 4 days out of the week. So, this week I want to increase that. I need to enter my food every day! That is such a big help.

This week was one of the most stressful weeks I've had in a while. So, overall I'm not too disappointed with my weight. I'm not giving up. I am going to determine to do better this week. We started a weight loss
challenge at work today. I think that will help as well.
