1883 kcal Fat: 92.71g | Prot: 68.56g | Carb: 144.38g.   Breakfast: Cranberries, ΑΒ Ξηροί Καρποί Για Γιαούρτι, Royal Crest Dairy 1.5% Milk, Quaker 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Rio Mare Insalatissime (κους κους). Dinner: Italian Sausage, Χαλκιαδάκης Κριθαροκουλουρίτσα, Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Broiled Chicken Fillet Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato and Spread on Whole Wheat Roll, freddo espresso, Banana, freddo espresso. more...
