This is the first time in my life that I have been on holiday and come back weighing less than I did when I went. I OK it's a small loss but it's in the right direction.
I proved to myself that I can have treats and lose. I back at It!
211.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 61.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent progress! I'm impressed. I don't think I've ever come back weighing less than when I went away in recent years
